Lauren Rakower

Lauren Rakower joined Sentinel in 2019 and serves as Director, Legal & Compliance. Previously, Lauren spent seven years at Kirkland & Ellis, most recently as a Partner in the corporate group. At Kirkland, she represented private equity funds, private companies, and public companies in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and dispositions, and governance and other general corporate matters. Lauren holds a JD, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and a BA with honors in international studies from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She is also a member of the New York Bar.
