Erika Friedman, Sentinel’s Director of First Impressions, joined Sentinel as Receptionist in 2004. Before Sentinel, she was a Production Coordinator at the Brandeis Review, a Sales Rep at Great Expectations, and the Founder of Canine Celebration, a nonprofit that raises money for animal shelters. Erika holds a BA in communications with a minor in philosophy from Boston University.
